“Tricky Christians” is a documentary that follows two Austin-based magicians with a trick up their sleeves–they are also Christian ministers. Tennyson McCarty and Jim Munroe join forces to form Maze Ministries, formerly known as Nails Magic, who perform all over the country.

Allegra McCoy and Shaune Kolber are among the selected presenters of the first ever Pecha Kucha Night in Austin which has gained global popularity. Presenters who represent an array of disciplines in the arts have 20 slides and 20 seconds per slide to show their work.

20 MB video art show Closing Party

“20 MB” video art exhibition closing party was Nov. 9th. It was off the hook, yo! If you missed the screening of my video art Corporate, you can watch the closing party slideshow and sometime soon you can see the full video on the MASS gallery website. The four band concert featuring and organized by Hunter Cross ROCKED! The featured bands were The Always Already, Dark Side of the Cop (San Fran, CA), Meduims and Cross & Castillo. Shaune and Allegra video taped the live concert. Can’t wait to see the finished live performance on DVD.

“Consumerism” (2006)

“Corporate”, one of two new video art pieces by Allegra McCoy, joins the “20 MB” art exhibition at the Mass Gallery. Show runs from Oct. 13th-Nov. 9th. The gallery is located at 916 Springdale Rd. and hours are Wed 7-10pm and Sat 1-5pm.
